Announcing Steve’s Retirement from McConachie Stedman

After an incredible career spanning nearly three decades, McConachie Stedman would like to announce the retirement of Steve Kirkman, Director and valued member of our team.

Steve has dedicated 29 years to financial planning, including 17 years as a Director at McConachie Stedman. Over this time, he has worked closely with clients, guiding them through important financial decisions and helping them build confidence in their future.

Throughout his career, Steve has made a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues. He has built strong connections and earnt trust through his genuine care, professionalism and commitment to delivering thoughtful advice.

Reflecting on Steve’s contribution to the firm, Audit Director Ben Horner shared his appreciation for Steve’s leadership and influence.

While Steve will be stepping away from day-to-day advice, McConachie Stedman remains committed to providing the same high standard of service clients have come to expect. The Financial Planning division will now be led by Kent Paroz and Jerry Reading, who will continue to support clients with personalised, high-quality advice.

Steve’s contribution to McConachie Stedman has been exceptional, and he leaves a lasting legacy across the firm and the many clients he has supported.
